Delete your Ailin account

How a member of staff who signs in to Ailin — in the mobile app or in the browser — asks for their account to be deleted, and what happens to the data when they do.

Who this page is for

It is for staff accounts: the people a business has invited to work in Ailin, who sign in with an email address and a password.

If you only wrote to a business that uses Ailin, you have no account with us. Ask that business to delete your data, or follow the privacy policy section linked below. Closing a whole business workspace is a separate request, made by the business, also described there.

In the app

If you can still sign in to the Ailin mobile app:

  • Sign in with the account you want deleted.
  • Go to Menu → Settings → Delete account, or Menu → your name card → My profile → Delete account.
  • Enter your password and confirm with Request deletion. You can add a reason, but you do not have to.
  • The request reaches us at once, and you are signed out on every device.

By email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to support@ailin.uz from the email address you sign in with and say that you want your Ailin account deleted. You do not have to give a reason. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account’s own address first. This also works if you can no longer sign in at all — for example after being removed from the last business you worked for: we file the request for you, and it is handled in the same way.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: your name becomes “Deleted user”, and your email address, phone number, profile photo and password are removed, so the account can no longer be signed in to.
  • Every sign-in session, every phone registered for notifications, and the notifications addressed to you.
  • Where a business record names you as the person who wrote, uploaded or changed something — a note, a comment, a file, a deal, a message, a payment — that name becomes “Deleted user”.
  • The reason you gave for leaving.

What is kept

  • The records you worked on belong to the business, not to you: customers, conversations and the replies you sent, deals, bookings, invoices, notes and tasks stay with that business, which decides how long to keep them.
  • The account record itself stays, emptied of the details above, so that the business’s records that point to it keep working.
  • Your name is not searched for in free text. Where it was typed into a message, a note or a notification — by you, a colleague or a customer — it stays as written.
  • If your account is the only one that manages a business, deleting it does not delete the business. Tell us, in the reason or by email, whether the business’s workspace should be closed too.
  • Copies in backups and logs are not edited; they disappear as those expire, within [backupRetention].
  • Anything the law requires us to keep is kept for as long as the law requires.

How long it takes

Every request is handled by a person. We complete it within 30 days. Until then you can cancel the request by writing to us.
