FOR BUSINESSES WHOSE CUSTOMERS WRITE, NOT CALL

AI knows your business, handles the conversations and gets the work done for you

AIlin takes customer messages off your hands. Wherever a message arrives from, AIlin replies to questions 24/7, gathers the details that matter and keeps everything in one place for your team.

Four channels today. One agent and one inbox for all of them.

THE PROBLEM

Every message left unanswered is an opportunity lost

01

Messages arrive at night and at the weekend.

You do not decide when a customer writes. If nobody answers, they do not wait — they look somewhere else.

02

Your team answers the same questions over and over.

Price, availability, hours, address, delivery… Simple questions eat your people’s time and pull them off the work that matters.

03

A customer with no answer is a customer lost.

They asked, waited, wrote again. With no reply the conversation ends — and you never find out why they left.

FOUR STEPS

How it works

You connect it. The agent does the rest.

  1. 01

    Connect your channels

Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp or a chat page on your own site. Wherever the customer writes from, the agent answers right there.

  2. 02

    Hand over what you know

Prices, products, services, hours, address and the rest. Type it in, or upload a PDF, a Word file, plain text or Markdown.

  3. 03

The agent answers and does the work

It understands the question, finds the right facts and replies in the customer’s language. When it needs to, it opens a request, books a slot or takes another action.

  4. 04

It knows when a person is needed

What it cannot settle goes to a colleague — with the conversation history and the details attached, so nobody starts from scratch.

FROM MESSAGE TO ACTION

What the agent does

A customer writes. The agent answers, and something concrete happens in your system: a slot is held, a number is saved, the conversation passes to a member of staff. A clinic, a shop, a building site — the agent works the same way.

Customer

Do you have a two-room flat on a high floor, under 600 000?

AIlin agent

Three match. Floor 11, 68 m², 585 000. Floor 14, 71 m², 592 000. Floor 16, 66 m², 578 000.

Customer

The one on 14. What happens next?

AIlin agent

A colleague will get in touch with you about the paperwork.

In the system

Deal opened New
Follow-up raised Paperwork · queued for a person

Every one of these actions is controlled separately, and any of them can be switched off for your business. The two that write into your pipeline — opening a deal and moving it forward — are off until you ask for them.

THE WORKSPACE

The workspace around the agent

The agent works inside the same records your team does. Nothing lands in a separate tool.

Real estate

Your building drawn as a grid: one cell per flat, tinted by what has happened to it, and the name of whoever has taken it. Two salespeople cannot claim the same flat at once. A sale is not a dropdown — reversing one is its own step, and it records who and why.

The platform is modular. What you sell decides which catalogue you get — products and services, or flats on a grid — and we switch the modules on when we set you up, so nothing you do not need is in your way.

  • Shared inbox

Every channel in one window. Unanswered and overdue are counted for you, and the unanswered open in one click — no customer is left unseen.

  • Knowledge base

This is what the agent answers from — you write it, import a document, or let an interview ask what is missing. The gaps tab shows what customers asked that it could not answer.

  • Customers

One customer writing from several channels — one record. The system finds the duplicates itself; you confirm the merge, and the whole history is kept.

  • Deals

You see at a glance what stage every deal is at. The forecast is worked out for you, and when a deal sits longer than the days you set, the system warns you.

  • Requests

Anything the agent could not settle itself goes into a queue. Nothing is lost — a person finishes every request.

  • Follow-ups

What has to be done, for whom and by when — all in one place. Once a deadline has passed, the system reminds you itself.

  • Bookings

Appointments are only set inside your own working hours and your own time zone. Time assigned to a member of staff is not booked twice.

  • Invoicing

Payment schedules are drawn up for you and receipts are kept. When a payment is late, the system moves up the chasing ladder and puts a task on a member of staff.

  • Products and services

One priced catalogue for the things you sell and the work you do — variants, stock, photos, and a duration where there is one. It is what the agent quotes a price from.

  • Real estate

Every flat in every building on one grid. A hold expires by itself, a sale writes the deal and the payment plan — and the agent can quote a customer a specific flat.

  • Broadcasts

One message to the segment you choose, on the channels that allow it. Consent and how recently each person last heard from you are checked — before it goes, not after.

  • Lead scoring

Every customer is scored on how likely they are to buy, from the signals you weight yourself. The pass re-runs on its own — and you can pin a score by hand.

  • Royal clients

A loyalty ladder that promotes and demotes on what a customer has spent inside the window you set. Before you save a change, you are shown exactly who would move.

  • Useful info

Your own shelf of documents and contacts, kept where the team can find it. Every document keeps its earlier versions, and each one carries the date it is next due for review.

  • Dashboard

Where the business stands today — money in, money still owed, who is carrying what, and the rows that need somebody. A block you may not see is left out, never shown as zero.

  • Analytics

You choose the month; the report works out where deals were lost, how fast they moved, which channel brought the revenue, and what the agent cost to run.

  • KPI

Each person against their target, their own last month and the team median — paced to how much of the month has gone, and pro-rated for anyone who started part-way through.

  • Sentiment

Every message a customer sends is read for mood, then grouped by channel and by topic. An unhappy customer surfaces here before they quietly stop writing.

  • Channels and API

You connect the channels your customers already use, and see which AI model is answering on them. What you connect here is what the shared inbox picks up.

  • Staff

A colleague is invited, given a role, edited or removed from one place. The role is what decides which modules they can open at all.

  • Roles and rights

You build a role by ticking the individual actions it may take, module by module. One of those rights decides whether a colleague sees the whole customer book or only their own rows.

  • Limits

What your plan includes and what has been spent this month, meter by meter. You set the threshold at which the system warns you, so nothing runs out without notice.

THE DATA

What you learn from it

Not reporting for its own sake. AIlin shows you where the agent did not know, which customer is cooling off and who is close to buying — so you act while it still counts.

Knowledge base
You see where the agent takes its answers from and which questions it hit a gap on. You fill the base exactly where it is needed, not by guesswork.
Analytics
Volume, time to resolve, and what each channel actually returns. You know exactly which channel is bringing in the revenue.
KPI
Monthly targets per role: replies, deals, requests, follow-ups and calls. The team’s work is measured for you — nothing to argue about.
Sentiment
You see the mood a customer is writing in: when they last wrote, what they asked about and how their tone has shifted.
Lead scoring
Who is ready to buy and who is still hesitating — you put your effort exactly where the “hot” leads are.
Broadcasts
Campaigns with your consent and frequency rules applied — over SMS and Telegram, and no more than twice in thirty days to any one customer.
Usage and cost
What you have used this month, what it will come to by the end of it and when the limit runs out — you see the bill early, not at the end of the month.

LANGUAGE

It speaks your customer’s language

Not just a “list of supported languages”. The agent answers every message in the language it was written in, and the chat page your customer opens follows their browser on its own — nothing to set up. Your own team picks its language once, from eleven.

English

One exchange, three languages — equally natural in all three.

Can I come in on Thursday at 18:20?

Shall I put you down for Thursday 18:20?

Appointment held · 18:20

Uzbek — its own letters

oʻ and gʻ are real letters, not apostrophes. The customer reads it as “one of us wrote this”.

Payshanba kuni 18:20 ga kelsam boʻladimi?

Payshanba 18:20 ga band qilib qoʻyaymi?

Vaqt band qilindi · 18:20

Russian — longer strings

Cyrillic sets longer than Latin — the design allowed for it, so nothing is squeezed.

Можно прийти в четверг в 18:20?

Записать вас на четверг, 18:20?

Запись создана · 18:20

Every string on this page — including this one — comes from a dictionary. Switching language does not reload the page, and you stay in this very section.

CONTROL

Control and trust

Your data stays yours

Your customers’ data is never mixed with another business’s, and it never appears in a shared report. Every record carries your business, and every query is filtered by it.

Every action can be switched off

Bookings, deals, requests, follow-ups, saving a number, alerting your team — each one is controlled separately. The agent only does what it has been allowed to do.

Hand-over on demand

If a customer says “let me speak to a person”, the agent hands over straight away. Your team can take a conversation over at any point too.

Quiet hours

You set when the platform may message a customer first. Someone who writes to you is always answered — at any hour, night included.

You can see who did what

A record the agent opened shows that the agent opened it, the hand-over trail stays in the conversation, and questions it could not answer go onto a list of their own.

Roles and permissions

An employee sees only the customers assigned to them, a manager sees all of them. That is how the standard roles come, and every permission can be set on its own.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything on this page is running today. What is not here yet is AI voice agents — a phone line the agent answers. It is not in any plan; we promise no date, and we do not charge for what is not ready.

No, and the difference is large. A chatbot only answers. The agent answers and then does the work in the system: opens a request, holds an appointment, moves a deal forward, saves a phone number. Because it does not merely talk — it is wired into your own records.

The one your customer wrote in. The agent replies in the language of each message rather than in a language you configured — English if they write in English, Uzbek if they write in Uzbek. This site adapts to its reader in exactly the same way.

Only from your own data: your catalogue, your prices and your knowledge base. When it does not know something it says so — rather than guessing and misleading the customer, it hands the conversation to a person.

No — only within what is allowed. Every action the agent can take — bookings, deals, requests, follow-ups, saving a number, alerting your team — is controlled separately, and any of them can be switched off. And what it did is recorded on the record it changed: you can see that the agent did it.

The conversation moves to your team’s inbox with its full history, and a colleague carries on in the same thread — the customer explains nothing twice. Hand-over is not a failure to us; it is the system working normally.

No. The platform is general, and the modules make it specific to an industry. Today there are modules for real estate, car sales, schools and courses, travel agencies, hotels and electronics shops, as well as the product catalogue and services.

Telegram and the web chat take a few minutes, and Instagram is a single consent click. WhatsApp takes longer: it needs a WhatsApp Business Account with a number verified on Meta’s side. We connect the channels and the AI module for you. The data the agent asks for itself, in an interview — it works out the questions from your business, puts them in a short conversation, and writes the answers into the knowledge base as drafts; you review them and publish. You can also upload PDF, Word, plain text or Markdown, or type everything in by hand.
